As part of our custom metal hose assemblies, Aerocom offers a wide variety of fittings to meet your connection needs. Our 710 butt-weld fitting Series are stocked in a multitude of threads and designs which include JIC, NPT, 45 or 90º elbows. For special applications, we can provide them in BSPP, MS and other threads as well. If your application requires bolt holes, then we can offer flanges (such as lap-joint, raised face, floating or fixed) in #150 or even higher-pressure rated flanges, available in stainless steel 304, 316 or carbon steel. Threaded pipe ends in schedule 40 or 80 can also be welded to your hose assembly in the same variety of materials. You may also need unions, elbows, reducers (concentric or eccentric) just to make the best connection possible. Let us know the geometry of your hose connection and we will figure out the best end connection for your particular application.

Flanges
Our flanges are compliant with A/SA-182 and are available in SS316, SS304 or CS. Our team can weld floating lap joint, fixed raised-face or other types of flanges that are required for your application.
Threaded fittings
This is a sampling of the end fittings that can be welded onto your custom flexible metal hose assembly.
710 series
Aerocom’s butt weld 710 series, weld-on couplings, come prepped and ready to weld onto ¼” to 2” flexible metal hose. The most commonly used stainless steel 316L fitting terminations in inventory include female JIC and male NPT.
