FLOW VELOCITY RESTRICTIONS IN METAL HOSES
 
When flow velocity exceeds the values shown below, resonant vibration can occur in  hoses and cause premature failure. When flow velocity exceeds these values, an  increase in the hose inside diameter or an inside interlocked metal liner are advised.
