Aerocom’s SS316 crimp style hose couplings are precision manufactured for many different types of hose applications and SAE standards. They are precisely machined to deliver unparalleled quality and fast customized solutions. Our 710 series are weld-on couplings for metal hose assemblies, available in a variety of threads and configurations. We also offer reusable and one-piece crimp fittings in stainless steel for push lock, hydraulic braided and industrial hose applications.

If needed, Aerocom can assemble hoses for you with our specialty ss couplings. We can even provide pressure test reports and custom graphs validating our final product along with certificates of conformance for each of your orders.

Aerocom designs and manufactures stainless steel adapters that address specific connector challenges found in pressure-related flexible and fixed piping applications. Our adapters meet or exceed JIC, SAE and international specifications. We offer a large inventory of JIC, NPT, ORB, BSPP and metric adapters (in straight, bulkhead, swivel, tee, elbow, caps and plug) in sizes from 1/8” to 2”.

Standard production and inventory are in stainless steel 316L material. Our durable adapters provide long-lasting performance, even in highly corrosive environments. Aerocom offers fluid connectors and adapters for the aerospace industry, both military and commercial, that meet specific fluid connector challenges. Contact us for aerospace fittings standards: AN, AS, NAS, MS which conform to AS4841, AS4842, AS4842/1, AS4843/1, AS4843/2, AS4875, AS4875/1, AS4875/2 (as applicable). All documentation and certificates are controlled as per our AS9120 Quality System.

Aerocom conversion adapters conform to all aerospace standards and can connect to commercial SAE J514 threads. What’s more, various custom fittings with aerospace threads can connect to common JIC/NPT threads for easy interface to pressure hoses for testing and maintenance at the ground support level. As per our ISO 9001 quality system procedures, conversion adapters (or GSE adapters) are precision manufactured from solid SS316L material respecting aerospace thread specifications to better protect existing airframe flight parts.

Aerocom’s PTFE hose solutions address specific flexible piping challenges such as vibration, thermal-, or pressure-related applications involving the transfer of liquids or gases. We stock and supply PTFE hoses for all your applications: conductive and non-conductive, standard medium pressure, ultra high-pressure, convoluted, smooth-bore, rubber-covered, and large bore hoses of PTFE with their associated fittings, adapters and accessories.

As a value added company, Aerocom can custom manufacture PTFE hose assemblies to your specified hose dimensions and end fitting requirements. Prior to final inspection, hydrostatic tests provide you with reassurance that you are provided  hose assemblies that meet your technical criteria.

Aerocom fabricates medium and high-pressure corrugated flexible metal hose assemblies with their associated fittings, adapters and accessories. We stock and supply SS316 corrugated metal hoses with SS304 braid in various combinations to meet your pressure and temperature requirements. Other stainless steel material combinations are available upon request. We can perform hydrostatic testing or pneumatic submersion tests or liquid penetrant inspection prior to shipping your stainless steel hoses. We also offer CSA/CGA, CRN and other types of hoses/certifications as well as certificates with full material traceability.
